As a Vancouver resident for more than 15 years, James has lived in a variety of the city’s neighborhoods, providing him with the ability to match the particular appeal of a neighborhood to the unique demands and desires of each client.
Originally from Shanghai, China, James spent his time in USA and Canada since moved to North America in 1991. He was initially educated at Fudan University in Shanghai. He went on to graduate with Ph.D degree from Queen’s University in Canada, majoring in Biology. Moving to Buffalo, New York and then to Davis, California after graduation, James worked in various universities and institutions for several years. James later moved back to Canada and worked as a research associate in UBC. He started to work as a realtor since 2014.
Recently he got a rental management license. He is willing to help his clients both on trading and rental business.
James is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, listening music, playing table tennis, and biking. In recent two years He set up an English conversation club in his neighborhood, to help new immigrants improve English communication skills.
